When coming close to Italy, you can smell the “dolce far niente” or sweet idleness which cannot be imagined without the savoury delicacies. You will be spoiled with a rich offer of traditional karst specialities. Delicacies will be best accompanied with wine or sweet juice. Finish up with a cup of coffee. Upon prior arrangement, the farm owners will prepare a real symphony of karst tastes.
