Summer On-Demand Transport in the Geopark Kras–Carso

From July 10 to August 31, 2025, you can explore the geopark comfortably, sustainably, and without worrying about parking! The on-demand transport service provides access to more than 70 tourist attractions across the cross-border Karst area.

When and where?

From 6:00 to 19:00

Weekends (Saturday–Sunday): cross-border transfers to tourist attractions, geological points, local restaurants, wine cellars, and other interesting places.
Every day (Monday–Sunday): rides in Slovenian Karst and Brkini (Sežana, Divača, Hrpelje-Kozina, Komen)

How does it work?

Enter departure, destination, and desired time
The system may combine users for greater efficiency and sustainable vehicle use.

The services are part of the pilot project under KRAS–CARSO II – Interreg Italy–Slovenia 2021–2027 and the Accessible Mobility project, co-funded by the EU and the Republic of Slovenia.

E-bike rental

You can tour around Miren Kras in an environmentally friendly way. Gostilna Kogoj (Inn) offers accommodation and e-bikes. You can rent a city e-bike for a couple of hours, days or even for a whole week. Prior reservation is required.
