ČAR LESA (The Magic of Wood) Exhibition

With the aim of promoting the use of wood in product design, the Slovenian Wood Protection Society and the Consortium for Wood of Northern Primorska invite you to the official opening of the Magic of Wood 2025 exhibition, which will take place at the Peace Monument on Cerje near Miren on December 4, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

The following speakers will address the audience:

Mauricij Humar, Mayor of the Municipality of Miren–Kostanjevica

Mag. Ariana Durnik, Director of the Public Institute Miren Kras

Nedeljko Gregorič, President of the Consortium for Wood and RIRDS

Oskar Kogoj, Industrial Designer, Oskar Kogoj Nature Design Gallery

Dr. Franc Pohleven, Initiator and Organizer of the Magic of Wood Exhibitions

Mag. Dejan Židan, State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport, who will officially open the Magic of Wood exhibition

The program will be hosted by Petra Korošec, and musical accompaniment will be provided by the female vocal ensemble ANIMO.

The Magic of Wood exhibition at Cerje will be open for visitors until February 2, 2026.
