The apartment, surrounded by oleanders, is located on the upper floor of an apartment building. It offers a large terrace with comfortable seating and a beautiful view of nature, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa, a TV and the option of heating with a fireplace, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and two bedrooms.
The apartment is air-conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi. In the courtyard of the apartment, there is a summer kitchen with all equipment, a grill, a prefab pool, a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower available in the summer months. The yard is surrounded by plenty of shade and a peaceful environment.
