The dandelion festival


In March, the dandelion turns the meadows in bright yellow color. In village Lipa, this wild plant is being honored with the Radička Spring Festival, which is organized every March. Visitors enjoy tasting home-made dandelion dishes - following traditional recipes such as fresh dandelion salad with eggs, as well as more "creative" such as dandelion soups, rolls or even desserts. The holiday is accompanied by a guided walking tour of the surrounding caves.
